*GOSPEL - Mt 10:16-23*

*First Reading - Gn 46:1-7, 28-30*

*We have been called to serve in the midst of wolves*

*1) Jesus worked in the misdt of wolves*

Jesus' mission was not easy. It was very much challenging. 

In reality there were many people and many things which worked as wolves, when Jesus was trying to build the Kingdom of God 

Even then Jesus didn't give up. He accomplished His mission in the misdt of wolves. 

*2) Fr Stan  Swamy was in the misdt of wolves*

The recent incident of Fr Stan Swamy shows that He worked among wolves 

He was challnenged. But he didn't give up. He worked as faithful sheep and finally fought his fight amidst the wolves 

*3) Christian Spirituality demands that we go in the midst of wolves*

There is no short cuts for Christian Spirituality. 

Working among the wolves is at the centre of Christian spirituality. 

One can't run away from this fact. We have been called upon to work amidst wolves 

*4) Working among the wolves is not easy*

Mission amidst wolves is not easy. Its very much challenging. At times it demands great sacrifice and commitment

It is one of the most difficult part of our life. But we can't run away from this 

*5) Am I ready to serve in the midst of wolves*

If so, am I ready to work in the midst of wolves? 

Am I running away from wolves because of the fear of my life? 

Only those who are committed can work amidst wolves 

What is my answer?
