*Need of the team work for God's Mission*
*1) The Mission of the Twelve*
In today's Gospel we see Jesus is sending his disciples for the mission
The primary purpose of choosing the disciples is for the mission
Jesus chose 12 disciples to be with him and to be sent out
Today's Gospel helps to reflect about the sending of the disciples for the Mission
*2) The need of the team*
From the Gospel it is very clear that, the mission of the Lord is carried out through the team
It is not the one who can continue the mission, but it is the team which takes the responsibility of spreading the Gospel
*3) The Nature of the mission*
There are three important areas of the mission is highlighted in the Gospel
Preaching, Healings and building the kingdom of God is the message of Jesus
Such a mission can't not be carried out by single or few persons.
In this context the need of the team for building the Kingdom of God
*4) The demand for strengthening the team*
In the Gospel we also see the prayers and demand for more labourers
Jesus says *The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.”*
So, in the Modern world there is a heavy demand for labourers
The strengthening the team of the disciples is the need of the hour
*5) Prayer and the Resources*
The Gospel clearly says that, there is a need for more labourers
To meet this demand first of all, we need to pray for the labourers. This is a very of the power of the prayer
Secondly, am ready to say yes to the call of Jesus and be the part of Jesus' mission ??
*6) Examples of Strengthening, Jesus' Team*
By being a genuine Christian
Following the Gospel values
Practicing the values of Jesus
By being generos towords others
By forgiving others
There are many opportunities which helps is to strengthen the relationship with others
Am I ready to be a part of Jesus' Team
